For this project in Castle Rock, we did a complete teardown and started from scratch. The deck’s shape was changed and expanded, the stair layout was redesigned, a privacy fence was built around the hot tub below and a roof was added over a portion of the deck. Fiberon IPE decking was used with Fortress ABZ railing panels. The privacy screen below was built by our team according to HOA specifications.
