For this Evergreen house, the goal was a facelift. The existing entry was expanded and remodeled to break up the long stair run. A new roof section replaced an old expanse of deck. New iron railings and composite decking installed as well as a new stone veneer. A new rear deck was built with a timber truss roof covering complete with wood ceiling and exterior lighting.
